'Haunt your dreams'

You speak to me, from your grave
Waking those ghosts
Who have settled into the darkness
Their frightened souls take flight

Enough to make insanity a tool
To distance me from loss
When all I desire
Hangs from an invisible thread

I know I haunt your dreams my dear
The perfect ghost before you.
I'll let you touch these feathers;
I'll be whatever you wish

Yet when I realise
My thoughts of you
Trace a path
around the edge of a fractal
Then I can but flee our meeting place;

For I scare myself awake

Done from scratch in Photoshop. I've no idea how long it took. Probably about 10 hours or so. It started from the 'Far away' speedpaint which I posted a while back.

Needs more tweaking but it'll do for now.
