Of dragons and corsetry Of tea and tears When the slow beat of a demon's wing Matches that of your own heart Descending tear Seems motionless Still mourning you; through barren lands I wander lost And As cathedral windows pass by I close my eyes; Silent sky.
It's been a while since I have uploaded a finished, large scale image, so here's the latest contribution to the GF series. It's a remake of the original Gothic Fall image. Some of you may even remember it! I'm quite nostalgic about this one
I'm fairly happy with the result, although it is very difficult to get a balance between detail and atmosphere (in this case keeping the piece dynamic). I'm going for a more loose, paintey look these days. It looks a bit more free...
This is going to be a print too, obviously there will be no watermark or website addres on the print.
Have you considered making a calendar? I love all your images, they're so...serene.

Imperfection is beauty. Madness is genius, and its better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring. And when it comes down to it, I let them think what they want. If they are enough to bother with what I do, then I am already better than them.
I was going to do one just with the GothicFall images, but I might make a mixed one, so I can incluse things like 'My Unforgiven one' etc.... (also it's going to take me forever to finish the GF series!)
