A fall so far, a stake so high
A fall making me stronger, deeper,
than this
Save myself; Demon I became
Only now do I see the me in you

Yet so soon
the things that are

but I need not stalk your memory

Through this misty time, place
appear frequent, chilling reminder
I deny
Make my face a ghostly shade for you
Walk towards you in your dream

I have become that which I wanted
confident and terrifying
and always in control.
Decorated,
Chains, ring, and leather belt

A gift to take,
elated
A form to be explored,
intrigue
A dance to be performed,
a time to run free
An object to blame.

The latest installment in the Gothic Fall series.

Fully digital painting done in photoshop from scratch. Took about 25 hours. I really enjoyed apinting the window but it was a pain to do! the inspiration for the piece came from part of my own personality...

No watermark on the print, obviously :)
